90m - This all-levels hatha flow class invites you to meet your edges with grace. We move and breathe together, balancing effort and ease. While portions of the class are challenging, the challenge is not in complexity, so beginners are welcome. This full-spectrum class includes asana (poses), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, and deep rest.
60m - All levels hatha yoga. We practice yoga postures, breathing practices, and deep relaxation.
Thai Yoga Massage
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage in the style of the Lotus Palm School of Thai Massage. Massage is performed on a supportive mat on the floor. Client wears work-out clothing or similar for comfort during massage and yoga postures.

Traditional Therapeutic Swedish and/or Deep Tissue techniques combined with the use of heat. Better than a traditional hot stone massage, this alternative delivers lasting tension-melting heat to the body.
Let’s focus! Do you have a specific trouble spot, soreness, or frequent injury site? We’ll work through a 30 minute yoga session specifically designed to strengthen and stretch your trouble spots and follow it up with a focused massage for 45 minutes. There will be an additional approximate 15 minutes for discussion of your yoga goals/experience, etc... Please plan to be at my office for a full 90 minutes.
Let’s relax and de-stress! Do you just need to relax or need a few pointers on certain yoga poses, or recommendations on what to do for a quick practice at home? We’ll work through a 45 minute yoga sequence with time for questions and follow it up with a 30 minute massage.
