Service:Hatha Yoga (Mon/Fri 6-7 pm) - Starts Sept 3 change

60m - This all-levels hatha flow class invites you to meet your edges with grace.  We move and breathe together, balancing effort and ease.  While portions of the class are challenging, the challenge is not in complexity, so beginners are welcome.  This full-spectrum class includes asana (poses), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, and deep rest.
